Villa Ayiana opens onto a spacious, light-filled living area with a lounge and smart TV, ideal for unwinding. The open-concept kitchen is fully equipped for preparing meals in a convivial atmosphere. The three air-conditioned bedrooms each feature a double bed (140x190) and share two modern bathrooms with toilets. Outside, enjoy a large covered terrace overlooking a lush garden and a private pool. A barbecue area is also available for your outdoor evenings.

Guests have access to the entire property. Villa Ayiana is entirely private: pool, terrace, garden, bedrooms, kitchen… no part is shared. You’ll enjoy the property in complete privacy, in a calm and soothing setting.

Fond Repos is perfect for those who want to combine tranquility, nature, and exploring the treasures of the island’s south.

To fully enjoy your stay, a car is highly recommended. The Fond Repos neighborhood is quiet and surrounded by nature, set slightly back from the center. By car, you can easily reach the beaches, shops, restaurants, and tourist attractions in Sainte-Anne and the surrounding area.

The villa has private on-site parking for one or two vehicles. It’s also possible to park for free on the street, right in front of the property. Parking is easy, secure, and always available.
