Excellent location and convenient for our group of four. Property is a bit dated and had some maintenance issues but overall, we enjoyed our stay. Amazing view!

The home is set in a rural/neighborhood setting, very close to wineries and pretty spacious for 4 people, it could easily house 6 comfortably. The home has a good floor plan and good separation of space if you are traveling with friends but want some privacy and that makes it very affordable. It was quiet in the evening, so we had a good night's rest, and breakfast on the deck the next morning. We did have to clean the outdoor table and chairs, I recommend bringing stemware if you are particular about how you enjoy your wine. The kitchen could have been stocked with more than plastic outdoor glasses and a few pieces of flatware. If you are planning to use the kitchen, bring all your favorite tools and coffee. There were limited kitchen towels and no plastic wrap, foil or other basic supplies. There is a fireplace, but no wood or lighter to be found, I am not sure it is operable, but it is advertised with having a fireplace. Some of the floor molding was in disrepair, which was a little disappointing. The front door had a code and a button, and knob twist that seemed to be over the top to enter or exit the home, but it was a great value, good view and comfortable with a fantastic location. I recommend this home and will rent it again, if available.

Beds were wonderful so were pillows.

The house was fine for what we needed it for which was to sleep. Beds were comfortable and it was quiet. House was clean except for some dried dog poop that was on the carpet which probably got missed while cleaning. The water line wasn't hooked up in the fridge and we realized it when we stepped in a big puddle of water. I did text about it and said they could enter to fix it but no one came during our stay. The shower drain in master bath wasn't draining really well which I also mentioned. We went to do laundry and there was only one pod left. No dishwasher soap either. Hot tub wasn't filled with water. For what we needed which was a place to sleep it was fine but the above details mentioned were annoying and portrayed lack of care and attention to detail by the rental owners or vrbo. It is a great location and could be a really nice place for wine country visitors but the older furniture, molding coming off, and being dated, it's an ok place to stay, not great.
