Check-in was a complete mess. Email said to call prior to checking time if you weren’t going to make it by 4pm. I called the Monday before we checked in to make sure they knew we would be there after 4pm on that Friday. My parents arrived before I did and it was a complete and udder mess. The property site people didn’t leave the key and paperwork for us to get into the room so the security had to let us in. I had to call the after hours line so the lady could come bring us the stuff that they forgot to leave. Stuff happens, we are all human but when you follow the steps of what they want and you get there and it’s not ready it was very frustrating. Secondly the condo needs some tlc. The pictures that others left were alarming so before booking I reached out via here and was told these things had been fixed. They were not. Floors were not cleaned well, made our feet black on the first night, before we even went to the beach. Air vents were rusted and disgusting. Over all maintenance needs to be looked at as far as the up keep of the entire place. Couch is very uncomfortable as well. Pool and all of that was perfectly fine. I’m sure the owners are wonderful but might be in their best interest to come and take a look at the overall care of their condo.
