Open concept home with easy access to shopping, grocery, and highways. There are several drive through coffee spots and 2 large grocery stores less than 1.5 miles away. The mall is about 6 minutes away. We supply starter firewood and charcoal. Each bedroom has a closet with hangers. Each room has a suitcase rack as well. The pool is not heated, so it just depends on the weather and time of year, which can go either way. We have parking for 4 cars. The almost new detached hot tub is always on. There are a couple lounge chairs and there are stools around the outside covered patio table. Each bedroom has a TV, and there is one in the living room and 2 in the game room. The game room has the following: many arcade games, 8 foot pool table, foosball, and a Blackjack table. Close to shopping, groceries, and only 2 miles to a water park and golf. We are very close to North Richland Hills High School if you want to get distances to any venues. We are less than 4 miles to several parks.
