To ensure a smooth, secure, and worry-free stay, all guests are required to complete a short pre-arrival process after booking confirmation. This process is managed through Airbnb’s preferred third-party guest portal and helps protect both guests and the property while remaining fully platform compliant.

‣ **Damage Waiver ($56–82 depending on stay length)** – Covers accidental damages up to $700 (No security deposit hold required)

‣ **Refundable Security Deposit ($700)** – Pre-authorized 24 hours before check-in and automatically released 5 days after checkout, provided no damages, missing items, or policy violations occur.

‣ Please double-check for personal belongings before departure. Lost items are stored for 14 days before donation or disposal. Return shipping or pickup coordination may include a handling fee. We are not responsible for items left behind after checkout.

‣ Mailbox access is unavailable at this property. Please do not ship mail to the home. For packages, we recommend arranging depot pickup or direct delivery services. We are not responsible for lost, delayed, or misdelivered packages.
