The basement is not a guest space. The washer and dryer are located there, and guests may access the basement only for laundry. Children should not enter the basement.
Maximum occupancy is 9 people at all times, including visitors. If more than 9 people are present at the property at any time, the reservation may be canceled without refund.
For everyone`s safety, children must be supervised by an adult at all times while in the backyard, especially around the pool and hot tub.
Enjoy self check-in and complete privacy during your stay. We`re available through the Airbnb app before and during your visit if you have any questions or need anything. We respond quickly and are happy to help.
