Any dog MUST be registered PRIOR to guest arrival. Minimum rental age is 25 years old. Adults under 25 years of age must be accompanied by a parent. This House Rule overrides all information you may see on the ad of the property. Breaking this rule will lead to cancellation and/or eviction. Smoking is not allowed inside the vacation rental at all. No events or parties of any kind are permitted.
