Das Gebäude verfügt über einen Aufzug und einen guten Zugang für Personen mit eingeschränkter Mobilität sowie Parkplätze in der Garage.

Der Strand von Armacao de Pera verfügt über eine große Fläche mit feinem weißen Sand. Ideal, um sich auszuruhen und neue Energie tanken oder haben eine gute Zeit zu schwelgen in den Bars im ganzen Dorf verstreut.

This was an amazing apartment in a great location. We had the most amazing view and were a 30 second walk tot he beach. Mario and Pedro were superb and were very helpful. Thanks Guys we will be coming back!!

There is no doubt that this is a lovely apartment with stunning views and we were delighted when we arrived to enjoy our 2 week holiday. The only problem (to begin with) was the fridge. The door would not close properly so there was a constant pool of water on one of the shelves and nothing was chilled. We had to put a chair up against the door just to keep it closed. This was apparently our fault and not the fridge? However, things really did go pear shaped when on the third night we could not access the apartment as the key would not turn in the lock. Mario, the agent, called a locksmith who could not fix the lock or replace it, which meant we could only access the apartment from the inside, which was not a lot of good when you want to go out! Mario provided us with a screwdriver which we could use to get in, but did not always work! We decided it was too risky. If we could get in with a screwdriver then anyone could get in so we had to take it in turns to go out. Mario did not communicate with us and so after 3 days of waiting we decided to leave. The most upsetting thing about the situation was the owners attitude when we told him why we had left early. He first of all tried to blame us for the lock not working and wanted to charge us for it, even though it was the locksmith and the agent who snapped the key in the lock not us. When I protested he then tried a different tack and tried to claim our children (15 & 16 year old girls) had been jumping on the sofas and he was now withholding our security deposit.. Everyone I am sure has bad experiences with holidays, but I have to say that after renting apartments all over the world for the last 30 years I have never come across an attitude like Pedro the owner had to us. He resorted to name calling, insults and lies. He could not justify keeping the deposit or charging us for his broken lock as he was well aware we could not have been responsible for turning a key in a lock that would not open and also that we left the apartment as we found it. I have been criticised in the past by my family for leaving accommodation cleaner than it was when we arrived, so sorry Pedro your insulting comments are not justified. I hope all prospective renters will enjoy their stay at Pedro's apartment as it is lovely, although it could do with a new bath mat (very small point) but note that if anything does go wrong in the apartment the blame will be put at your door!

Uma semana espetacular, muito bem recebidos pelo sr mario, sempre disponivel para responder a qualquer duvida, o mesmo do sr pedro, tudo do melhor. Apartamento muito bem equipado, com vista espectacular e numa zona excelente, Restaurantes, minipreco, praia e muita animação. Sem duvida para repetir. The apartment is very well equipped, with an amazing view, great location, near restaurant's , market's, beach... the street is full of life. It was a very good week, a place to go back. We really enjoyed staying at this apartment. The flat was tastefully decorated and the living areas were lovely and spacious. The main room led onto the epic balcony with stunning views over the sea and beach. The bedrooms were nicely furnished and the beds comfortable. The kitchen had everything we needed and the cooking facilities were great. The flat had loungers, sun shades and sun chairs all available. There was also underground parking which was very useful. The apartment is in a perfect location, being close to all amenities: shops, supermarkets, restaurants, cafes, and being only thirty seconds from the beach. The only minor suggested improvements might be: a hairdryer; a couple of cloths for drying dishes; and perhaps a wall hook for the shower head. Our local contact was very amenable despite our late arrival and lived nearby. A fantastic place which I thoroughly recommend.

This appartment was such a nice place, prime location with the sound of the waves all day/night. Well equiped and very comfortable. Spacious and room enough to stay with 4 adults. A lovely balcony to relax. The town at walking distance as well as restaurants, shopping, beach, lagune. The host Mario was very welcoming, kind and helpful. The owner Pedro an alert contact, all-in-all good organised and a place away from hone to come back to! Thanks for the 😎 stay, Ellen and Paul

The appartment is great and the location too. The view is amazing frontsea and its a cute little village with markets near. The house was ok (not the cleanest one) and we did not receive the best welcome upon arrival. Its a cute appartment and its exactly like the pictures and it is very well located and we couldnt expect a better view it was just amazing. Everything is near and its a nice village for families. Unfortunately, there is no wifi in the house you have to use the wifi of the steet and it is poor. Its a good price/quality rapport. We would return to it. Thank you
