Ocean View Condo-Steps to the Beach - Sunrise Balcony-Sleeps 4 - New Smyrna

AMAZING!!! Where do I even start?! This little piece of paradise was absolutely PERFECT for me!!! I absolutely loved the fact that i could wake up barefoot and walk right onto the beach for a beautiful sunrise, but even better, you can watch the sunrise on the beach right from the spacious balcony! The condo was spotless and smelled amazing. Although it is an older building, the upkeep of the condo seemed great! The host was incredible! Answered all my questions, supplied extra cleaning stuff and water! I just loved how personable everything was. This was definitely one of my favorite mini-trips I have ever done! Spacious CLEAN condo, clean towels and linens, free of clutter; great-size bathroom! Cute decorations! Just obsessed, i will defintely be back! THANK YOU!!

This place was absolutely perfect for our stay. They were so accommodating and kind to work with. I will absolutely be coming back. The sunrise on the balcony was beautiful. I'm so happy I found this place and at an amazing rate. You can not go wrong with this condo rental.

Sliding glass door to the balcony was a bit tough to open but with all the sand I know it happens.
