Ideally placed location as we arrived by train and it is only 200 yards or so away to the accomodation. We booked for three adults and had a choice of 2 double bed rooms and a room with 2 single beds. A comfortable lounge, well stocked kitchen with all utensils needed for your stay. Shower ln bathroom with hot water always available. Additional toilet downstairs. The whole house was lovely and clean. For those wishing to use amenities in Knaresborough it is at the bottom of the high street and just a couple of minutes walk to plentiful bars and cafes. Anyone wishing to use bus facilities it is handy for trips to Harrogate etc. Overall it is an ideal place to stay for a family or a group of adults.

Access to entry via the door where you obtain the keys from the lockbox is extremely stiff and I would advise entry via the other side.
