Great location, close to all areas while we waited to board our cruise

Fantastic stay — perfect location for cruise travelers! I had an absolutely wonderful stay at Emanuele’s apartment in Civitavecchia! I spent two nights here while getting ready for a cruise, and I honestly couldn’t have asked for a better place. The location is incredibly convenient, especially for anyone arriving by train and heading to the cruise port. It’s also a great base for exploring Civitavecchia itself. The apartment is exceptionally well-equipped and has everything you could possibly need for a comfortable stay. One of the biggest advantages for me was having a washing machine and a drying rack — an absolute lifesaver when you’re on a long trip and need to catch up on laundry before boarding a cruise! There’s also a comfortable TV lounge, a coffee machine, and a kettle, along with plenty of other thoughtful amenities that make the apartment feel like a home away from home. What truly made the experience special, though, was Emanuele’s hospitality. He was incredibly kind, attentive, and genuinely willing to help. He went above and beyond, offering to assist me with several travel-related matters that came up during my stay. It’s rare to find a host who is so accommodating and genuinely cares about his guests. I wholeheartedly recommend this apartment, whether you’re preparing for a cruise, stopping in Civitavecchia during a longer journey, or simply visiting the city. Excellent location, outstanding amenities, and a fantastic host. I would absolutely stay here again!

Great place to stay before a cruise! The host is fantastic and communicates really well. It’s clean, tidy, spacious! Air con that works really well! Comfy bed! Kitchen facilities! Couldn’t ask for anymore for a comfortable stay and already booked to come back next year before our next cruise! Location is perfect for a cruise - near the port and all the facilities near by for food, shops, bars! Highly highly recommend!

Nothing

The property was spacious and had everything that we needed. Each room had its own split to allow for heat and AC and it was warm so the AC came in handy! Location was a block from the ocean and minutes from the port to board our cruise line great location. Outside of the kitchen there was a small terrace with two chairs in a table that we were able to sit out at night and enjoy the evening. Our host Emmanuel was the most responsive host I have ever had in all my times using booking and other online reservation apps in 20 years fantastic!

There is nothing to mention here.
