The only positive things that I would like to mention are the location and the responsiveness of the staff (on the phone). The bulding is situated on the seaside. However, the sea view is from the side and it has no terace.

I would start with the fact that the key was not at the location. You have to go to a different place to pick up the key and than go to the actual apartment. In my case (verry unfortunate) they gave me instructions to pick up a wrong key. I had to contact them, go back, and pick the good key. The second time I had an issue with entering in the building as the card would not work. After other discussion and videos, the concierge from the building brought us a working card. After all that hustle they offered us a late check out( 2 hours) which was of no help for me. After entering the building and the apartment we saw that the 2 bedrom apartment was a one bedroom apartment cut in two resulting in 2 small bedrooms with one of them with no windows. On top of that, the couch was old and full of sand. The kitchen door had a broken glass and the bathroom had mold on the tiles. As a plus, the towels and the lingerie were clean. Other minus is related to the parking. It says in the add on booking that it has parking available at the location. That is untrue as everyting around the location is marked with yellow lines (interdiction to park). So, every day, I had to circle the area to find a parking spot. Be aware that I was renting off season so the city was not that crowded.
