On-site, the Avocette cottage is ideally situated to enjoy the peace and quiet as well as the surroundings of Bages (picnic tables just a few meters away facing the pond), all within the atmosphere of a village that has retained its authentic charm. Bages is a lively place and hosts several events, including village festivals, concerts, and pétanque tournaments. In the village, there are several art galleries and a boat rental center where you can rent kayaks, small sailboats, and windsurf boards for outings on the pond and birdwatching. You can park your car in front of the cottage or in a parking lot right nearby.
