Welcome to The Natty – Your Gainesville Home Away From Home

Welcome to The Natty, a comfortable and inviting 3-bedroom Gainesville bungalow in a fantastic location for Gator weekends, campus visits, family gatherings, and relaxing getaways.

Located less than a mile from Ben Hill Griffin Stadium and approximately 0.6 miles from the UF Levin College of Law, The Natty puts you close to the University of Florida while still giving you the space and privacy of a home.

The house sits on a large property with plenty of outdoor space, making it easy to slow down and enjoy your stay. Start the morning outside with a cup of coffee, relax on the back deck during the afternoon, or gather for a few drinks before and after the game. The outdoor griddle is also ready for breakfast, burgers, or an easy evening meal.

Inside, you'll find a comfortable, welcoming home with three bedrooms and plenty of room to settle in, whether you're visiting Gainesville for a football weekend, graduation, a UF event, or simply spending time with family and friends.

One of the things we love most about The Natty is that it gives you the best of both worlds — close access to UF and the excitement of Gainesville, with a little extra room to spread out and enjoy yourself.

Whether you're having morning coffee on the deck, firing up the griddle, walking toward campus, or enjoying a post-game drink outside, we hope The Natty feels like your Gainesville home while you're here.
