Welcome to our charming 50-square-meter three-room apartment, bright, comfortable, and fully equipped to offer you a pleasant stay in the heart of Florence, one of the most fascinating cities of art in the world.

Recently renovated, the apartment features a new bathroom, state-of-the-art windows, and air conditioning installed in 2024 to ensure maximum comfort in every season.

Ideal for couples, families, or small groups of friends of up to 4 people, it’s the perfect choice for both short vacations and longer stays.

The Apartment
Located on the second floor of a typical Florentine building, the apartment consists of:
A bedroom with a double bed
A living room with a comfortable double sofa bed
A fully equipped kitchen-dining area
A bathroom with a window and a shower
As is the case with most buildings in the historic center and semi-historic center of Florence, the building does not have an elevator. However, we’ll be happy to help you with your luggage upon arrival.

Starting in April 2024, the apartment will be equipped with modern climate control systems to cool the rooms during the summer and heat them on cooler days. The new windows also provide excellent thermal and acoustic insulation.

Thanks to its well-organized layout and all the comforts of home, the apartment is particularly popular with guests staying in Florence for several weeks or months. For medium- to long-term stays, we accept a maximum of two guests.

The apartment is located in a well-connected area:
Santa Maria Novella Station: just over 1 km
Bus stops for lines 17, 30, and 35: within 100 meters
Line 23: about 280 meters away
Suburban buses to Chianti and the surrounding area: less than 1 km

For those arriving by car, public parking is available in nearby blue-line zones, as well as private paid parking garages.
