Wake up to breathtaking ocean views from this beautifully located 13th-floor condo in the iconic Atlantis building in North Ocean City. This oceanfront vacation rental offers one of the property's most sought-after features: a rare open balcony overlooking the beach and Atlantic Ocean. While many Atlantis units have enclosed balconies, this condo allows guests to step outside, feel the ocean breeze, and enjoy unobstructed views of the shoreline. Adding to its appeal, the primary bedroom overlooks the bay, creating the perfect opportunity to enjoy both stunning sunrises over the ocean and spectacular sunsets across the water.

Inside, the condo provides a comfortable and welcoming space for families, couples, or friends looking to enjoy everything Ocean City has to offer. The living area opens directly to the oceanfront balcony, creating an easy connection between indoor comfort and outdoor relaxation. The kitchen is equipped for preparing meals and snacks throughout your stay, while the dining and living spaces provide plenty of room to gather after a day on the beach. The unique floor plan allows guests to enjoy water views from both sides of the property, making every part of the day feel connected to the coast.

Located at 10300 Coastal Highway, the Atlantis is one of North Ocean City's most recognizable oceanfront buildings. Guests enjoy direct beach access along with easy access to nearby restaurants, shopping, mini golf, Northside Park, and Fenwick Island attractions. Whether you're spending your days on the sand, exploring local dining options, or simply relaxing on the balcony watching the waves roll in, this location puts the best of Ocean City MD within easy reach.

Please know the building does charge a $65 parking fee.

We're thrilled to host you in this spectacular home! To make your stay as seamless as possible, we provide a linen drop-off service, so you won’t need to bring your own. Upon arrival, a freshly laundered linen package will be waiting at your door, including sheets and pillowcases for all beds in use, kitchen dish towels, bathroom bathmats, and a towel/washcloth set for each guest. Please note that beach towels are not provided, so be sure to bring your own. At the end of your stay, we simply ask that all linens be placed back in the provided linen bags and left just inside the front door.
