We stayed at DAXA's 3br apartment for 02 nights, travelling as a group of eight. Finding somewhere suitable for eight people wasn't easy. We didn't really want to book several hotel rooms and end up separated, so having an apartment where we could all stay together made a big difference. It was nice to have our own living room to sit around, chat, and plan the next day's activities. The kitchen was also handy, especially for breakfast and simple meals. I must say, the location on Pham Ngu Lao street was probably the best part. So many restaurants, cafés, convenience stores, and places to explore nearby. We enjoy walking when travelling, so being able to get around without constantly arranging taxis saved us both time and money. To be fair, the building is a bit older and the apartment isn't luxurious. But everything was practical enough for our short stay, and we cared more about having enough space, a convenient location, and a reasonable price. Communication with DAXA was easy from the beginning. The team answered our questions before arrival and made the arrangements straightforward, which we appreciated when organising a trip for eight people. We had a comfortable two-night stay. If you're travelling to Ho Chi Minh City with a big family or a group of friends and prefer staying together rather than booking separate hotel rooms, this is definitely an option worth considering. 숙소가 1군 중심가에 위치해 있어 특정 시간대에는 도심 소음이 발생할 수 있습니다. 또한 인근에서 공사가 진행 중이므로, 공사 일정에 따라 낮 시간대에 소음이 발생할 수 있습니다. 특히 점심시간이나 체크인/체크아웃 시간 등 혼잡한 시간대에는 엘리베이터 이용에 다소 시간이 걸릴 수 있습니다. 객실 정비나 수건 교체를 원하실 경우, 원활한 인력 배치를 위해 사전에 요청해 주시기 바랍니다. 이 스튜디오 객실은 혼자 여행하시는 분이나 커플에게 적합하지만, 짐이 많은 분께는 다소 좁게 느껴질 수 있습니다.

Our booking with another hotel was cancelled at the last minute, but fortunately DAXA had an apartment available for us. Everything went smoothly and the place met our needs well. They really saved us at the last minute, especially as we were traveling with kids and grandparents. Very grateful for the quick arrangement.

Easy for car drivers to pick up and drop off.

Very noisy from construction works next window, not recommended when you are light sleeper. Property change location last minute, not expected. Bathroom need toilet paper, shower lack of door, after take shower the whole bathroom get wet, slippery. Cooking pot is too small, get burn easy. After confirm the check out time, they send the clean up lady come 1 hour before I get out.
