MAN Luxury Beach Guest House

* First of all, my room was spotlessly clean. * There was a cozy little kitchenette, so I could cook for myself and save money on eating out. * The shower was spacious and comfortable, with hot water, and the bathroom had a large, modern mirror. * There was a smart TV, a lovely terrace, and a swimming pool at the property. * Rosella, who welcomed me when I arrived, was very warm and kind. She gave me lots of helpful tips for my stay in San Teodoro. * The location was excellent: just a 10-15-minute walk from La Cinta, one of the most beautiful beaches I’ve ever seen. The water was incredibly clear! * There was a grocery store just a three-minute walk away, although I’d recommend shopping at Eurospin for lower prices. * The center of San Teodoro was about a ten-minute walk away, with plenty of restaurants, little shops, and lovely places to explore.

Świeżo-wykończony apartament z tarasem oraz dostępem do basenu. Przestronny i czysty apartament m.in. z lodówka, minianeksem, ekspresem do kawy i zmywarką. Szerokie i wygodne łóżko. W łazience dostępny zestaw minikosmetyków. Przemiła i bardzo pomocna małżonka właściciela Pani Rossella. Bardzo dobra lokalizacja niedaleko plaży La Cinta. Bezpieczna okolica. Swobodny dostęp do publicznych i darmowych miejsc parkingowych.

Soggiorno semplicemente perfetto! Abbiamo trascorso qui la nostra vacanza in Sardegna e non potevamo chiedere di meglio. Un grazie speciale a Rossella, una proprietaria fantastica: dall’accoglienza alle tantissime dritte, passando per tutte le piccole attenzioni che hanno reso il nostro soggiorno ancora più piacevole. Ci ha fatto trovare dolcetti sardi, caffè e tutto il necessario, si è preoccupata di noi con grande cura e, cosa non affatto scontata, ci ha anche organizzato il cambio di lenzuola e asciugamani durante il soggiorno. La struttura è nuovissima, moderna, curata in ogni dettaglio e soprattutto pulitissima. L’appartamento è dotato davvero di tutto: utensili da cucina, lavastoviglie con capsule, detersivi e tutto ciò che può servire per sentirsi subito a casa. La posizione è ottima: in circa 10 minuti si raggiunge il centro di San Teodoro e in meno di 5 minuti La Cinta. Il contesto è molto tranquillo e la piscina riscaldata è stata una vera chicca, soprattutto viaggiando con una bimba piccola: ci ha permesso di goderci momenti di relax in totale tranquillità. Insomma, 10 e lode senza ombra di dubbio! Consigliamo Man Luxury a occhi chiusi e contiamo di tornare prestissimo. Grazie ancora Rossella per averci fatto sentire così ben accolti! ❤️

Location was great. Walking distance to La Cinta Beach and short driving distance to Ambra Beach. Close to restaurants and bars. Clean, comfortable, well appointed room with lovely seating area and table and chairs outside for breakfast and afternoon drinks. Beautiful outdoor pool in sun and shade to relax in after the beach.

Street parking only- difficult area for parking but we were lucky to find a park close by.
