The kitchen is genuinely stocked with cooking basics, a coffee station, wine glasses, and bar seating for five, plus a separate dining area that seats eight. Two living areas mean a group of six is never on top of each other.

THINGS TO KNOW
- Check-in after 4:00 PM, check-out before 11:00 AM
- 6 guests maximum
- Self check-in via keypad
- The lake gate is kept locked and a key is provided. Please return it at checkout (replacement cost $100).
- The path down to the lake is somewhat steep and can be slick in winter.
- The backyard is not fully fenced.
- The hot tub on the property is drained and not available for guest use.
- The fireplace is not available for use.
- The garage, primary closet, and one upstairs room are locked for homeowner storage. Guests have access to the rest of the house.
- A generator can be connected in an extended power outage. This is handled by our handyman and is not guest-accessible.
- Exterior security cameras: Ring doorbell plus outdoor cameras covering the carport, driveway, back patio, and front porch. There are no indoor cameras.
