The Space:

The Palmetto Suite occupies the ground floor of the carriage house behind the ONE01 Main House. The studio is arranged around a king bed with a velvet headboard, along with a Murphy twin bed that folds away into a two-person work desk, so the room works equally well for a third guest or for remote work. The kitchen has full-size appliances, and the bathroom features a spa-style shower finished in artisan-style tile.



ONE01 is one property with three stays: the Main House, featured in Savannah Magazine for its preserved 1915 architecture and bold contemporary interiors, and two carriage house suites, the Palmetto and the Magnolia. If you're traveling with a larger group, the Main House and the Magnolia Suite can be booked alongside the Palmetto. Please search for them on your booking platform.



Guest Access:

Guests have private access to the entire suite. You'll enter through the carriage house's gated garden courtyard, which has keypad entry and is shared with guests of the Magnolia Suite, and the suite has its own private entrance off the courtyard. The suite door is keyless, secured by a personalized digital code provided before arrival. The suite is on the ground floor of the carriage house, and the second-floor suite above is a separate rental, the Magnolia Suite.



The Neighborhood:

ONE01 sits in Savannah's Thomas Square neighborhood, at the edge of the Starland District, a walkable area known for its independent coffee shops, restaurants, galleries, and historic homes. Forsyth Park and the Historic District are a short walk or a quick ride away.



Getting Around:

Starland's cafes, restaurants, and shops are within walking distance, and Forsyth Park is a short stroll away. Rideshares are easy to get throughout the area. Parking in the carport is first-come, first-served, with a limit of one car per suite, and free street parking is available nearby for any additional vehicles. Please do not park in front of the Galloway Inn.



Other Things to Note:

The suite is in a quiet residential neighborhood and shares the carriage house with guests in the Magnolia Suite above, so please keep noise to a considerate level, especially at night. We cherish our relationship with our neighbors and have zero tolerance for disruptive or disrespectful behavior. Detailed instructions for check-in, parking, and appliances will be provided before arrival.
