Property is accessed from the street level, the main home has 2 bedrooms and 1 bath with chef's kitchen, 6 seat dining room that opens to a furnished upper deck, living room with large smart TV, separate office with sit-to-stand desk. On the lower level, find the laundry room with washer/dryer and a workout area with a Peloton bike and free weights. Fully stocked with all essentials to make your stay comfortable from the start. High end finishes like marble and granite countertops, oak hardwood floors, curated furnishings and high thread cotton linens.
In-law:
The recently renovated 1BR in-law is in the lower level of the main home accessible via the downstairs laundry room; or via a separate entrance down steps from the street. It has its own living room, second kitchen, breakfast nook, and bathroom with tub/shower combination. Sliding doors off this living room take you to the dedicated lower level deck and backyard beyond.
