Über diese villa dieses Ferienunterkunft
Villa Ventura in St Jean blends modern design with a laid-back island feel. Surrounded by lush greenery, the villa offers a peaceful hideaway just minutes from St Jean’s beaches, boutiques, and restaurants. The open-plan living room extends to a sleek terrace featuring a 9-meter heated pool, sun loungers, shaded dining area, and cozy outdoor seating for relaxing in the Caribbean breeze.
Inside, the decor is bright and contemporary with pops of color and artistic touches. Two king bedrooms are fitted with screened sliding doors, smart TVs, en-suite bathrooms, and air conditioning. A third, fully independent studio suite—with convertible bed, small kitchen, bathroom, and Netflix—is ideal for guests seeking extra privacy.
With a fully equipped kitchen, Sonos sound system, and parking for four vehicles, Ventura makes island living easy. For larger groups, the villa can be rented together with neighboring Villa Indyana to create a private 5-bedroom compound in the heart of St Barts.
***NOTE: Pricing varies based upon the number of bedrooms you require. This page shows the rates and details for 2 bedrooms (out of 3 bedrooms). All the other bedrooms will be closed and left unoccupied. You do NOT share any part of the property.***
