JC6 Executive Loft L1 is designed for those who come to Querétaro for work, a project, relocation, or a temporary stay and want to settle in comfortably from day one. It is a fully equipped ground-floor unit with a separate entrance and step-free access from the parking lot.

The living room features a sofa bed, a 55" Smart TV, and blackout blinds. The sleeping area features a double bed and a tower fan. The fully equipped kitchen includes a refrigerator, microwave, grill, and basic cooking utensils; the counter serves as both a dining area and a workspace with an office chair. The bathroom is private, with a shower, glass enclosure, and modern finishes.

The loft features Wi-Fi, a smart lock, and outdoor parking included. No interior spaces are shared. You’ll also have access to a washer and dryer located in a common area shared among the lofts.
