The lounge area features a comfortable sofa and a Smart TV. Next to it is a large dining table with chairs, perfect for shared meals and equally convenient as a workspace.



Terrace

The living room opens directly onto the first spacious terrace, furnished with comfortable outdoor seating, including a bench with armchairs and a dining table with chairs. It is the perfect spot for a morning coffee, breakfast outdoors or a relaxing evening while enjoying beautiful views of the Mediterranean Sea and the Estepona skyline.



Kitchenette

The modern kitchenette with a spacious island has been designed with comfort in mind, both for short stays and longer visits. It is equipped with a fridge-freezer, induction hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher, kettle, toaster, bean-to-cup coffee machine and washer-dryer. A sunny and cosy bedroom with a 160 × 200 cm double bed, soft bedding and a large wardrobe. The blinds make it easy to control the amount of daylight and create ideal conditions for a restful night’s sleep.



Third bedroom

Located on the upper floor, this intimate bedroom features large windows, a 140 × 200 cm double bed and a sofa bed. Soft bedding, blinds and air conditioning ensure comfort both during the day and at night.



Private solarium with jacuzzi

One of the apartment’s most exceptional spaces is the spacious, sun-filled solarium located on the upper floor. Furnished and equipped with sun loungers, it is designed for complete relaxation, with the private jacuzzi and panoramic views of the sea and Estepona as its main highlight. By the sea, guests can enjoy the wide Playa de la Rada and a long promenade lined with restaurants, bars and pleasant walking areas, while nature lovers can head towards the Sierra Bermeja mountains.
