• POOL Heat is Available for $30 per day and must be turned on for the duration of your Stay. If your stay coincides with extremely cold temperatures, it may not reach the desired temperature. Please kindly let us know in advance if you’d like to add this to your reservation, as the technician does apply a $50 service fee if requested to be turned on the day of arrival or after.

• Please kindly note that Pool Heat is not offered throughout (April to October) due to increased outside air temperature/summer heat and humidity with not being able to feel the full effects.

• Windsor Island Resort amenities access is included in your stay.

• Please note that a professional pool technician visits once weekly at unannounced times for maintenance and cleaning, ensuring the pool meets safety standards. The technician enters the property from outside the home/exterior lanai and does not enter indoors.

• A BBQ GRILL with propane can be rented and delivered for your entire stay by a local vendor for an additional charge. If you are interested, please let us know and we will provide you with more information for setup.

• As per Windsor Island Resort policy, upon making your reservation, we will require the names of the drivers of any vehicle, including the names of all adults over 18 in order to enter the resort and access on-site amenities. All guests` names need to be registered in the gate system.

• Please do not exceed the guest max occupancy of 10 at all times. Must be at least 25 years of age to book this home.

• We provide standard bath towels, bed linens, and basic kitchenware (pots and pans). Please kindly bring any pool/beach towels, hand towels/washcloths, toiletries, and any condiments, spices, or additional supplies you may need.

• Please kindly note that we are unable to store luggage before check-in or after check-out due to platform liability policies.

• Please kindly note that USPS does not deliver inside vacation rental resorts in Orlando. We’re unable to be responsible for delivery of mail or packages from any carrier. If you have any questions, please don’t hesitate to ask.
