A bright and spacious apartment, ideal for up to 4 people, with two large bedrooms, a living room with a kitchenette, and three balconies. Located in the Pastena neighborhood, the apartment is a ten-minute walk from the beach, in a quiet and well-served residential area, with shops, a pharmacy, and a post office within walking distance. Getting to downtown Salerno is easy thanks to public transportation, and the Pastena train station is just 250 meters away.



The 80-square-meter apartment is located on the third floor of a building with an elevator (please note there are 12 steps to reach it) and is laid out as follows:



- Kitchenette equipped with a gas stove, refrigerator, freezer, dishwasher, moka pot, electric toaster oven, conventional oven, and electric kettle

- Living room with a sofa, dining table, split A/C, and TV

- Bedroom I with a double bed, closet, desk, and split A/C

- Bathroom with toilet, bidet, and shower stall

- 3 balconies.

The use of air conditioning and heating is subject to compliance with current Italian regulations (Presidential Decree No. 74 of April 16, 2013; Ministerial Decree No. 383 of 6.10.2022).

Summer: The average air temperature must not be lower than 26°C for all types of buildings.

Winter: The weighted average air temperature must not exceed 19°C. The heating season and the daily operating time depend on the climate zone defined by the regulations.

Salerno Climate Zone C: 9 hours per day from November 22 to March 23.



For check-ins between 8:00 PM and midnight, a surcharge will apply, payable in cash upon arrival, as follows:

EUR 20 from 8:00 PM to 9:00

EUR 25 from 9:00 PM to 10:00 PM,

EUR 30 from 10:00 p.m. to midnight.

Check-in after midnight is not possible, even for a fee. All late check-ins must be arranged and approved by the host.

The apartment is located in a semi-central neighborhood, just 250 meters from the Pastena station, in an area offering all the amenities you’ll need during your stay: shops, a pharmacy, a post office, restaurants, and bars. Whether you reach the city center by public transportation or by car, you can admire the well-preserved medieval historic center, numerous churches, and stroll along the waterfront and on Corso Vittorio Emanuele, the city’s main shopping street.



- From Salerno Airport - Amalfi Coast: Take the Salerno- Airlink service to the Central Station, and from there take a regional train to the final stop, Pastena, less than a 5-minute walk from the accommodation.



- From Naples Airport: Take the Alibus line to easily reach Naples Central Station, where you can take a train (high-speed, Intercity, or regional) to Salerno Station, and then take a regional train to the Pastena stop, which is less than a 5-minute walk from the apartment.



- From Salerno Station: take a regional train to Pastena Station (700 meters from the apartment) or bus line 011, which terminates at Lungomare Colombo Fatima, 250 meters from the apartment.



- By car: On-street parking is metered on blue-lined spaces or free on white-lined spaces (NOT guaranteed). Alternatively, you can park for a fee at the Garage Eureka Salerno, located at Via Francesco Gaeta 14, a 10-minute walk from the apartment.
