THINGS TO NOTE

• Communal laundry facilities are available for guest use. Laundry is complimentary, but please note that detergent is not provided.

• Lot parking for 1 vehicle available. Additional overflow parking available in the gravel lot at the Northeast corner of the property.

• No pets allowed. Unauthorized pets result in a $350 fee and may require immediate removal with no refund.

• Check-in is at 3:00 PM and check-out is at 11:00 AM.

• The pool is heated and chilled year-round — please let us know if the temperature needs adjusting.

• This unit is a sister unit to the building's other accommodation, Luckenbach. Larger parties are encouraged to book the combination unit, Bluebach, for exclusive access to both units during their stay.

• Please also note that this unit is part of a larger rental property that includes several smaller units and combination units, so guests may see other guests coming and going and enjoying the shared common areas such as the parking areas, pool, playground, and grounds.

• This home is the upstairs guestroom of the 1st building on the right as you enter the property.

• Long-term stays allowed.

• This property is equipped with external security cameras located on the outside of various buildings, actively monitoring shared common areas including the parking area, pool, and playscape.
