Welcome to Jefferson House, a designer renovated, fully furnished two bedroom, one bathroom garden level apartment in Stuyvesant Heights, Brooklyn. Set within a classic townhouse on a quiet, tree lined block, the home features a private entrance and self contained layout for added comfort and privacy. Thoughtfully furnished interiors offer cozy bedrooms with fresh linens and towels, a TV, WiFi, and a coffee maker with coffee and tea. Guests will also find bathroom and travel essentials, including shampoo, conditioner, body wash, lotion, a hairdryer, and an iron.



Jefferson House offers a peaceful residential setting with convenient access to Brooklyn and Manhattan. The Gates Avenue J train is approximately an eight minute walk away, while Williamsburg and its boutiques, cafés, and restaurants can be reached in about 20 minutes by train. The Brooklyn Museum is approximately a 20 minute drive away. JFK Airport is about 30 minutes away by car, with LaGuardia Airport under 30 minutes away, depending on traffic. The Gates Avenue J train is approximately an eight-minute walk away, providing convenient access to Manhattan and other parts of Brooklyn. Williamsburg is about a 20-minute train ride away, while cultural destinations such as the Brooklyn Museum are easily accessible by car or public transportation. Rove requires a property rental agreement to be signed by the primary guest prior to arrival for all reservations at this home.



As a reminder, smoking is not allowed anywhere on the property, in the home or in the outside areas of the home. Smoking will result in a odor removal fee of no less than $500 and up to $1,000 as well as possible removal from the property.







Security Deposit Policy:



Stays up to 89 nights: $2,500 credit hold



Stays between 90 and 179 nights: $5,000 credit hold



Stays of 180 nights or longer: Cash security deposit equal to one month’s rent







All security deposits are processed as a credit card hold 2 days prior to arrival and released 2 days after departure, or as a bank transfer for stays of 180 nights or longer.
