Villa Laurent was built Sept 2008 and is located on Atlantic View. It provides a great view of the Caribbean Sea and the Atlantic Ocean with the peninsula between. The golf course and the Marriott resort are at the foot of the hill. Choice of either body of water is available for swimming.
Great for star gazing. There is a constant cross breeze. The rooms are spacious in this 3300 square foot villa, all appliances are brand new. There is a patio in the back for dining.
View the Caribbean from your bed in the master bedroom. There is a 42 inch LCD HDTV in the living room. Tiled floors. This is a no smoking Villa. Restaurants are within walking distance. The beach is only 20 minutes walk from Villa. The airport is less than 5 minutes away.

The cathedral ceilings are AMAZING! The property manager is right there if needed - and very kind. Everything is modern, very very nice, clean, inviting - I was astounded at how great it was. We felt like royalty. You can't go wrong with this house!

We had a little bit of difficulty locating it the first day coming from the airport because our gps wasn't working right away and we couldn't get a

The pictures do not tell the full story of the breathtaking the view from this house. You will get to enjoy seeing the sunrise every morning. Everything was clean and well kept up. The home is beautifully decorated. The floor plan is large and spacious and well suited for a large family. We will definitely stay here again.

Property has a spectacular view of the Caribbean Sea and Atlantic Ocean, and a wonderful breeze.
Our group consisted of 2 couples and one single; we each had our own room with ensuite, which was wonderful.
The Villa was spacious and the kitchen had everything you needed should you choose to cook your own meals. We only had breakfast in Villa and ordered in twice (Indian and pizza - both awesome)
Walking distance to beach (one of our party did this); we rented a car so we could explore the Island. Great beaches close by; Frigate Bay and Friars Bay.
Property Manager Velma was excellent; prior to our visit, Velma had made arrangements for our pick up from airport and made reservations for dinner on the beach strip; we didn't arrive until 7 pm and were not able to get our rental vehicle until the Sunday morning. Velma also made great recommendations on where to dine.
We certainly would recommend Villa Laurent and will definitely stay there again.
