A one-time departure cleaning fee of $950 is added at the time of booking. Turn-key weekly or bi-weekly professional housekeeper services can also be easily arranged on an hourly basis based on your needs.

As a Canadian-based company, our baseline rates are listed in CAD. Important Policies and Notes

Effective May 1, 2024, the BC Government has set the minimum stay for rentals in British Columbia at 90 days. If you see the option to book a shorter stay, be aware that some platforms display this to show the breakdown of the monthly rate for this property. We always recommend purchasing comprehensive trip cancellation insurance. Once confirmed, your reservation remains refundable (less a $175 administrative fee) up until 30 days before travel. Within 30 days of travel, the booking becomes 100% nonrefundable. For multi-month stays, no administrative fees are charged for schedule modifications, provided a 30-day written notice of your departure date is submitted.
