Matarangi is a three-story beachfront home in Dune Allen Beach, the quiet western stretch of 30A, and the view is the first thing you'll notice and the last thing you'll want to leave. The main living space is wide open and built for a full house. The chef's kitchen is genuinely equipped — the kind where someone can break down a fresh catch on one counter while somebody else works on cocktails at the other — and it flows straight into the dining and living areas with seating for up to 15 between the long table and the breakfast bar. That's the real luxury of a big group trip: everyone at one table, nobody eating standing up in a corner. In the living room, a 55" flat-screen with Blu-ray and Sonos sound anchors the seating area for rainy afternoons and post-beach movie nights, though most evenings the windows win out over the screen.
