High Toft B and B

Our hosts! They were the best part of our trip to Orkney and we could have sat and visited with them all day! Our room was spacious and very comfortable, the bed was great, there was a nice sitting room to relax in and the breakfast was exceptional. Everything was on the ground floor and parking was available next to the house, so getting in and out was easy. The location was good, close to sights and restaurants.

Delicious and generous breakfast. Great location - very quiet, and yet no more than a 10-minute walk to the centre of town.

This is an exceptional place to stay. We were in a charming double room with private bathroom, plus access to a lounge etc. High Toft is beautifully appointed and exceptionally clean. And Margo and David were wonderful - truly hospitable, kind and helpful while respecting our privacy. Breakfast was amazing too, with delicious home-made bere bannock and Orkney cheese as well as all the more usual breakfast fare you could want. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, and would like to thank Margo and David for their thoughtful care.
