The pool was nice and clean, the walk along the pools was nice, cool refreshing breeze at night time. The unit given to us was conveniently close to both pool and beach.

Getting there: The location provided via booking.com website was not accurate. It is at least 8 minutes drive after the actual location . We needed to call them and and ask for the location to be shared via WhatsApp. Hidden fees: Upon arrival we were told that we needed to pay extra as the unit only accommodates 5 adult guests, this information was not shared upfront even though they were informed at the time of booking of the exact number of guests coming. Then there were additional charges which they claimed were for booking.com. We paid the amount in full upfront even though ww were supposed to pay at checkout. Then around midday I received a call where they claimed that we did not pay the extra fee for the fifth guest. We went to the office and had to review the security footage to prove that we did pay the amount in full. Not only is it bad enough that they do not accept credit card payments, or that they are transparent with their fees; They do not give receipts and because they made a mistake in keeping their cash they claim that we didn’t pay all the amount. We wasted the first day resolving all this. The unit was not well maintained, Bathrooms: the exhaust fans in the bathroom were not working, the shower floor in the main bathroom was cracked, water pressure was weak. Shower head in en-suite bathroom was leaking to the side. Bedrooms: the drawer unit in the main bedroom was broken, the door of the secondary bedroom was missing a handle and held open with a nail which would snag your shoulder frequently. Kitchen The kitchenette was not very clean, the oven was not working, there were grease buildup around the cooktop, mugs were not clean, cutlery was not enough for all of us Living room: The screen door on the porch was broken. The facilities: You are only allowed access to the small pool. The main pool is off limits to rentals, it is only for owners.
