- Location is very strategic, within reach of all the notable tourist spots of Brighton and restaurants - Our host is communicative via booking chat and was attentive to our needs - The apartment is very clean and had all the utilities needed and expected for short stays at apartments Overall it was a great stay and we'll be sure to consider this apartment flat again in the future if we are to visit Brighton again.

There are some things that needs some consideration for future stays: - The freezer had cracks/damage during our stay. It also tend to be covered in ice, making it inaccessible. If you don't need access to a freezer, probably ignorable - The curtain/blinds for the kitchen area was missing, which made it very hot during the day. - However, both the aforementioned issues have been communicated to the host and they said they'd rectify the problems for the future - The sofa bed wasn't exactly the most comfortable, but was fixed with enough bedding which the apartment provided (granted this was a trip of 4 people) Overall, I had to give a lower score on Facilities and Value based on the above, and consequently a score of 9 instead of 10 (which would have been perfection). Should the issue be resolved by next time, I'm sure this place would score a 10.

Communication with host, location excellent, general facilities very good and high cleanliness.

Missing a blind on one of the large lounge windows meant you could not walk about undressed. Also very heat in flat on what were only moderately warm days. Air cooling unit provided did not make much difference. Missing blind probably did not help. Can be noisy on a Friday/Saturday night but this comes with the location.

Spacious and well equipped. Clean enough, host was proactively communicative, video to find the keys was really useful.

Noise and light. It’s right on one of Brighton’s busiest streets, the single glazing and blinds didn’t block much out (although the hosts said they plan to change the blinds very soon) and I didn’t feel l that safe. For some reason there were people cleaning the hallway at 10pm (at least it was clean I suppose…)
