When you arrive, you'll be greeted by the inviting coastal-green exterior and a spacious driveway with room for up to three vehicles. Around back, the private dock sits along a peaceful canal, offering beautiful views of the Margaritaville Resort — a perfect backdrop for morning coffee or evening cocktails. Don't forget to bring your fishing poles—casting a line right off the dock is a treat and one of the best ways to enjoy the waterfront setting.

Step inside and you'll immediately feel at home in the spacious living room, decorated in fresh coastal tones. The living area features a large streaming TV and a queen-sized sleeper sofa, ideal for relaxing after a day in the sun or accommodating extra guests.

The newly renovated kitchen is a standout feature of this home. It's fully equipped with all-new appliances, modern cabinetry, and generous counter space for preparing family meals or beach snacks. The adjacent dining area seats eight comfortably, providing the perfect setting for shared meals and planning your next day's adventures. There is an on-site washer and dryer available for your convenience.

To the left of the kitchen, you'll find two comfortable bedrooms. The primary suite includes a king-sized bed, walk-in closet, and ensuite bathroom with a spacious walk-in shower and vanity. Just beyond the primary bedroom is an open bonus sleeping area furnished with a queen sleeper sofa — perfect for friends or family members who prefer to stay close by. The second bedroom features a plush queen bed and easy access to the nearby guest bathroom, which includes a tub/shower combo and single-sink vanity.

One of the highlights of this home is its covered back porch overlooking the canal. This property accommodates parking for up to 3 vehicles. Our homes are not inventoried or stocked with beach gear or baby items; however, previous guests sometimes leave these behind. If you're considering renting such items, we recommend checking the property upon arrival for any available gear. Additionally, while all bed configurations and room details are accurate, furniture and décor may vary slightly from what is shown in photos.

Property Manager manages individual rental units and is not responsible for any construction in neighboring areas or on the beach. Following hurricanes Ian, Milton, and Helene, guests should anticipate ongoing construction throughout the island. This may include construction noise, nearby building projects, increased traffic, or beach restoration efforts. We want to ensure transparency — construction is beyond our control, and we will not be offering compensation or refunds due to these conditions. By booking, guests acknowledge and accept the possibility of construction-related impacts during their stay.
