The apartment had everything we needed for a two night stay

Access on arrival was distressing as the incorrect access code was given. I was provided with a six digit access code but the building entrance door only had 4 numbers to press. I had to phone a number in London and was told to send photo screenshots by EMAIL! After complaining eventually someone came back to me to give me a 4 number access code for the building and the 6 number access code was for the flat entrance door. Also the parking directions provided were completely wrong and no where near the road they said we had to drive on. We walked around the block to find the parking at the back of the building via Little Caroline Street.

God location and size of property. Clean and tidy overall.

No hand towel in the bathroom or shower mat. No washcloth available in kitchen. There were some slugs in there when we arrived and it smelt quite musty and of cat urine in one of the bedrooms.
