Its location and the restaurant/bar staff were very good.

The bathroom towels in the rooms are ridiculously too small. The beds are too hard and nobody came and emptied the rubbish bin during our stay. The check process was frustrating.

Convenient location, very quiet room. Family Room size exceeded our expectation. Restaurant on the 1st floor is really good.

Bath towels were not in the room, we had to ask reception. It would be helpful if house rules (garbage disposal, bath towels, etc.) were printed and put in the room.

We had a wonderful stay at VADE Hotel Shibuya. The location was excellent, very close to Shibuya and within easy walking distance of convenience stores like 7 11. The hotel was exceptionally clean and well maintained. The digital check-in process was convenient, and we were able to complete the registration before arriving. Interestingly, the information we received before our stay mentioned that there would be no staff at the front desk, but we actually found staff available whenever we needed them, which was a pleasant surprise. One morning, we were running late and missed the breakfast timings. However, the staff were kind enough to still allow us to have breakfast, which was a really thoughtful gesture. A special thank you to them for that! Our room had really cool bunk beds, which the kids absolutely loved. The beds were also super comfortable, and we all slept very well. Overall, a fantastic experience. Great location, excellent cleanliness, comfortable rooms, and very kind and accommodating staff. Would definitely recommend this hotel, especially for families visiting Tokyo!

Just a couple of suggestions that might make the experience even better for international guests. 1. Laundry instructions: The washing machine had instructions entirely in Japanese, which we had to translate ourselves. It would be helpful to have a simple printed sheet with English instructions placed next to or attached to the machine. 2. Garbage disposal: We received information about waste segregation, which was helpful, but it wasn't clear what guests were supposed to do once the bins in the room were full. This may be something Japanese guests are already familiar with, but for international travellers, a little additional guidance on where and how to dispose of the collected waste would be appreciated. These are only minor suggestions and did not take away from our otherwise excellent experience at the hotel.
