Luxury Villa Paraiso is a villa located 15 minutes from Alicante and the beaches. It’s easily accessible yet offers the tranquility and peace you need to relax. It can accommodate up to 20 people and features 2 kitchens (one of which is outdoors with a barbecue), a heated saltwater pool, a fireplace with a flat-screen TV and Netflix, a gym, an office, and is just 5 minutes from a golf course, and a soccer field right next door, with plenty of outdoor space and 9 bedrooms, all equipped with air conditioning and fans. There are 6 bathrooms.

1) TRANSPORTATION: If you don’t want to drive, we have a contact for a company that offers a minibus with a driver who can take you from the airport to the house, as well as on any excursions and/or outings you’d like to take.

3) IN-HOME MASSAGE THERAPIST
4) MAKEUP OR MOJITO/COCKTAIL WORKSHOPS FOR GROUPS AT HOME

A DEPOSIT OF 800 EUR WILL BE HELD FROM CHECK-IN UNTIL CHECK-OUT
THERE IS A DEVICE that monitors noise levels (it does not record conversations, photos, or videos)
A few days before the check-in date, a security hold of 800 euros is placed, which will be released the day after you leave the property; this is processed through an external banking platform, and the funds are only frozen—THEY ARE NOT DEDUCTED FROM YOUR ACCOUNT
Upon the guest’s arrival, paper towels and complimentary soap are provided, but for the remainder of the stay, the guest must purchase their own
The property does not provide drinking water (remember to buy some before arriving at the house)
