Guests have access to the entire home, with the exception of the locked supply closet and garage, which are not included in this rental. Please make yourself at home and enjoy everything the space has to offer.

Pets allowed only with prior approval and a pet fee. Small dogs ONLY (under 25 lbs) must be well-behaved and kept in a kennel when left alone. Must include pet in the reservation. Pets are not allowed on the furniture.

Early check-in/check-out may be available for an additional fee and must be requested in advance. We’re happy to accommodate when possible, and the fee will vary depending on how early/late the requested check-in/check-out time is.

6 people maximum at property at any time, including visitors (not just overnight guests).

Exterior security cameras are installed for safety, including a doorbell camera at the front entrance and cameras at the front yard and backyard. The cameras are motion-activated and may record video and audio when triggered. All devices are outside the home and do not monitor any interior spaces
