On the first floor: a large dining room open to the kitchen, an utility room with a sink and washing machine, a living room with a TV, a bedroom with a 140x190 cm bed, a bedroom with a 90x190 cm bed, a separate toilet with a sink, and a bathroom with a toilet. A third bedroom has two 90x200 cm beds that can be joined, upon request, to form a single 180x200 cm bed; it has its own shower room with a toilet. Upstairs: a large living area with a sofa, table, and chairs, foosball table, and a reading nook. A double bedroom on the mezzanine, separated from the living area by curtains, with two 90x190 cm beds.
