The small house of about 100 m2 is completely independent.

It is located in the centre of the village, a few metres from:
- the castle-school,
- shops, grocery store (including multi-service bakery),
- the river, a large park, playground,
- electric car charging, and easy public parking nearby.

Designed to comfortably accommodate 3 people, it has a capacity of 4 beds.

The house has been completely renovated with the maximum of natural materials (lime-hemp walls, natural plasters and paints, traventin and terracotta floor tiles). I think this is what makes it its distinctive sign, its unique charm, and above all it is very pleasant to stay there.

Upstairs: you will find two bedrooms with a double bed in 140, a bed in 90, and an inflatable mattress if you need additional beds. The bedrooms are sloping, be careful not to have high ceilings, but more than enough to rest.

On the first floor: a living room with table and chairs, lounge area. A separate fitted and equipped kitchen with oven, induction hob, Malongo coffee maker and pressure coffee maker, kettle, ... A bathroom and a separate toilet. Books and board games are available.
