The Space:

This three-level home places the main living space on the top floor, featuring a fully equipped kitchen, dining room, comfortable living room, half bath, and a master suite with access to the covered back deck overlooking the lake. Downstairs, a second full kitchen and living area make the home ideal for multiple families or generations traveling together.



Outside is where the lake takes center stage. Dock your boat right at the private dock, then spend your days kayaking, paddleboarding, fishing, or swimming. When it's time to relax, settle in on the covered deck with outdoor dining and lounge seating, fire up the grill for dinner, or head down to the lower patio for cornhole and ping pong.



Whether you're planning lazy lake days, fishing trips, or evenings spent watching the sunset, this home was designed for making memories.

Location:

Located along the shores of beautiful Lake Barkley, the area is known for its quiet atmosphere, scenic beauty, and easy access to outdoor recreation, while still being a short drive from local restaurants, marinas, and shopping. A personal vehicle is recommended for exploring the area, and the home offers ample driveway parking for multiple vehicles and boat trailers. If you're bringing your own boat, several nearby marinas provide convenient launch access.



Guest access:

• Enjoy convenient self check-in for a smooth arrival

• Private access to the entire home, including all three levels

• Please supervise children closely around the dock and waterfront areas

• Kayak and paddleboards are available for guest use — life jackets are recommended

• Guests assume responsibility when using all water equipment



IMPORTANT – PLEASE READ BEFORE BOOKING:

• Maximum Occupancy: Maximum of 10 guests, including adults, children, and infants. No additional guests are permitted due to fire safety and insurance requirements.

• Age Requirement: All guests must be 21 or older, except children staying with their parents or guardians.

• No Parties: Parties and unauthorized gatherings are strictly prohibited. Noise complaints or law enforcement calls may result in immediate termination of the stay without a refund.

• No Smoking: Smoking is strictly prohibited.

• No Pets: This property has a strict no-pet policy.

• Weather conditions and seasonal lake levels may affect dock accessibility and are outside of our control.

• Check-In/Check-Out: Check-in is at 4:00 PM and check-out is at 10:00 AM. Early check-in or late check-out may be available for an additional fee starting at $60. Please message us in advance to check availability.

• Cancellations & Travel Insurance: We highly recommend purchasing travel insurance for protection against unexpected cancellations, weather, natural disasters, power outages, and other unforeseen events. We’re unable to offer refunds or rescheduled stays outside Airbnb’s Extenuating Circumstances Policy.

• Starter Supplies: We provide a starter supply of essential items. Please bring your personal toiletries and plan to purchase additional supplies if needed.

• Trash: At checkout, place all trash and food in the provided bins—nothing outside, please.
