Nestled on a quiet street in heart of the nation's capital, this cozy studio offers unsuspectingly scenic views of DC. Enjoy a private entrance, queen-size bed, full bath, spacious closet, A/C, a fully equipped kitchenette, and W/D. An 8-minute walk to the Green Line Metro, with easy access to the Convention Center, National Mall, U.S. Capitol, Smithsonian Museums, Navy Yard, and DC's restaurant and bar scene. Perfect for professionals, conference attendees, interns, and short or extended stays. The house sits on a hilltop, on a quiet one-way street, tucked along a bend in Talbert Terrace. A large tree shades the sidewalk and front lawn. A separate path branches off from the main walkway, leading down a private staircase to the studio's entrance. The studio occupies the basement level of the house and has a locked interior door separating it from the rest of the property--ensuring complete privacy from the main house. The exterior of the property is monitored by ADT with video surveillance, and a Google Nest doorbell adds extra security right at the studio entrance.
