A very nice apartment on the 7th floor with a view of all of Paris.A large living room and the open kitchen, a veranda where you eat and a very large balcony all around the apartment, an abundant garden!

The kitchen is very well equipped! This is the apartment where I vis.il so there are my books, my records .and a great TV!
It's a rental where you stay with me and I do everything I can to make it welcoming to those who come when I have to be away.
The neighborhood is great for the metro; at the bottom of the building) shopping (a supermarket in our building, fruit and cheese and wine shops on the other side of the street, it is a district renowned for its restaurants (Septime, Chardenoux, l'écailler, Clamato)
15 minutes walk from the Bastille and its many cinemas and bars terraces.
