Private pool

The screened outdoor area and swimming pool are reserved exclusively for your group. Relax beside the water, enjoy the Florida sunshine, or cool off after a busy day exploring Orlando.

Pool heating is optional and available for $35 per day for the entire reservation. Advance notice is required.

Guests may optionally register for access to Solterra Resort’s shared recreational facilities. The community requires a separate one-time fee paid directly to the resort.

For groups of up to 12 guests, Solterra currently advertises a one-time access fee of approximately $35 plus applicable taxes for the entire stay.



The resort independently controls registration requirements, fees, operating hours, availability, closures, and amenity policies. These details may change without notice.



Guest Access:

Guests have complete and exclusive access to the entire townhome and its private amenities, including the screened pool, kitchen, living areas, bedrooms, bathrooms, and laundry facilities.



Access to Solterra’s shared community amenities is optional and is not included with the accommodation.



Guests who wish to use the shared facilities must complete the resort’s registration process and pay the applicable one-time access fee directly to the community. You may need to visit the amenity center upon arrival to complete payment and receive access credentials.



The Neighborhood:

Solterra Resort is a gated vacation community in Davenport, offering a family-friendly setting near Central Florida’s leading attractions.



The neighborhood combines the privacy of a vacation home with the option to enjoy shared recreational facilities for an additional resort fee. Amenities may include a resort pool, lazy river, waterslide, community hot tub, fitness center, playgrounds, sports courts, outdoor gathering areas, and Café Sol.



Restaurants, supermarkets, golf courses, shopping centers, and everyday conveniences can be found throughout Davenport and the nearby ChampionsGate area.



Posner Park, US Highway 27, and Interstate 4 are also within convenient driving distance, providing access to:

Community amenities, fees, operating hours, and availability are determined by Solterra Resort and may change without notice.



Getting Around:

A personal or rental vehicle is recommended for visiting the theme parks, restaurants, shopping areas, golf courses, and other destinations.



Solterra provides convenient driving access to US Highway 27 and Interstate 4. The home is located within a gated, guard-secured community.



All guests and vehicles must comply with the resort’s registration and parking-permit requirements before or upon arrival.



Parking

Parking is available for up to two vehicles in the designated spaces assigned to the property.



Please note:

Garage parking is not available

Park only in authorized, marked spaces

Do not park on the grass, sidewalk, or roadway

Do not use another residence’s assigned parking area



Other Things to Note:

Professional cleaning



The home is professionally cleaned and sanitized between reservations. Our cleaning team follows detailed preparation procedures before every arrival.



Damage protection



All reservations require damage protection, processed through our third-party system before arrival.

For one-night reservations:

A refundable $500 security deposit is required. This is processed as a preauthorized hold rather than a charge and is released following a damage-free checkout inspection.



For reservations of two nights or longer:

Guests may choose between:

A refundable $500 security deposit

A nonrefundable damage waiver of $20 per night, capped at $100

The waiver covers qualifying accidental damage beyond normal wear and tear.



Deposit authorization holds expire after seven days. For longer reservations, the initial hold is released on day six and reauthorized to maintain continuous coverage.



Optional pool heating

Pool heating is available for $35 per day and must be added for the entire reservation. The fee is invoiced separately.

Please request heating at least one week before arrival so our team has sufficient time to coordinate activation.



We do not recommend using the pool during cold, rainy, or otherwise inclement weather. Outdoor temperatures and weather conditions may affect the water temperature, and a specific temperature cannot be guaranteed.



Pool maintenance

The pool is professionally serviced each week. Rain and wind may wash natural debris from the screen enclosure into the water, temporarily affecting its appearance.



Please contact us through the booking platform if you notice a pool concern that requires attention.



Checkout policy

Checkout is at 10:00 a.m. Housekeeping is scheduled to arrive promptly after departure so the home can be prepared for the next reservation.



Late departures can disrupt the cleaning schedule and affect incoming guests. Remaining in the property beyond the confirmed checkout time may result in a fee of up to $300.



Interaction with Guests:

The home offers convenient self check-in and self check-out. Although our team will not be present at the property, we remain available through the booking platform’s messaging system to answer questions and assist whenever possible.
