Welcome to Nordic Nest, one of six Alpine A-frame cabins in Chattanooga Valley! Enjoy the Scandinavian-inspired design and modern comforts, with vaulted wood ceilings, an open layout, and sweeping Lookout Mountain views. Relax by the balcony’s gas fireplace, soak in the hot tub, or enjoy a movie in the theater room. Friendly on-site goats add a memorable touch to this bluffside retreat, made for gathering and reconnecting with loved ones and nature.



The Space:

Our Favorite Things About Nordic Nest

About 12 minutes from downtown Chattanooga, Nordic Nest combines a convenient location with panoramic mountain views. Gather on the back balcony, enjoy the home’s gorgeous finishes, or unwind in the hot tub on the lower-level patio. The theater room has a large couch and projector for movie nights, and each bedroom has a Smart TV. High-speed, 250+ Mbps internet is available throughout.



Family-friendly extras include a Pack ’n Play, three stair gates, children’s plasticware, downstairs books and toys, board games, and white noise machines in every bedroom.



Meet The Goats!

Friendly goats visit the fence near the lower porch and hot tub. You’re welcome to pet them through the fence and feed them with the complimentary bag of grain provided. Ring the bell to let them know it’s feeding time!



Home Layout

The laundry room is on the right as you enter, with a queen bedroom, smart TV, and walk-in closet on the left. Across the hall is a full bathroom with a tiled walk-in shower. The hallway opens into the living, kitchen, and dining area, with vaulted tongue-and-groove ceilings and mountain views. Sliding doors lead to the back balcony with comfortable seating, a gas fireplace, and wood-lined walls and ceilings.



Upstairs, the king loft bedroom has a private bathroom with a walk-in shower and closet space. Downstairs, the theater room has a queen bed and a children’s play area with books and toys. The final king bedroom has a private bathroom with a tub/shower combination. Sliding doors from this bedroom open to the lower-level patio and six-person hot tub with 180-degree views.

Nordic Nest sits on a bluff along rural Ridgeland Road in Chattanooga Valley, with panoramic views of Lookout Mountain. Neighbors live across the road, outside the cabin’s interior sightlines, and a longtime resident may stop to say hello. The country setting offers a quiet base near Downtown Chattanooga.

Getting Around:

We recommend a vehicle to get to and from the home and explore all our city has to offer.



Other Things to Note:

This is a truly special retreat, and we invite guests to enjoy the home and amenities while treating the property and surrounding grounds with care and respect. We strictly do not allow smoking, events, or parties.



The asphalt parking pad accommodates up to three (3) vehicles. Street parking is not available because the cabin sits along Ridgeland Road on the bluff.

In addition to our goats, you may see deer and other wildlife during your stay.
