This 43 m² studio is located on the third floor (no elevator – which can be great for burning off all those calories from the wonderful Portuguese cuisine!).

Its spacious balcony overlooks the ocean and is softly illuminated by cozy lamps, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere for outdoor dining.

As plant lovers, we named all our apartments after our favorite flowers. Orquídea (Orchids) are among our favourites, and you'll find a beautiful one in the apartment.

The apartment is right in the city center and just a 3-minute walk from the beach.

Free parking available! We provide complimentary access to a nearby public parking area, about a 10-minute walk from the apartment, with a parking permit provided by us at no extra cost. Alternatively, there is paid street parking nearby, with different colored zones and rates. Parking is free from 10 pm to 9 am.

We are surrounded by great restaurants, with plenty of options to choose from.

There is a minimarket right next door, a traditional farmers' market just a 9-minute walk away, and a large supermarket (Auchan Cascais) 12 minutes away.

There is a bus stop just a 3-minute walk from the apartment, and the train station is a 7-minute walk away.

If you want to travel to Lisbon, trains from Cascais to Lisbon (Cais do Sodré) leave every 20 minutes, from 5:00 am to 12:30 am, and the journey takes about 40 minutes. The bus to Sintra, from the Cascais Bus Station (a 10-minute walk from the apartment), takes about 30 minutes.

There are several MobiCascais kiosks nearby where you can rent traditional or electric bicycles and electric scooters.

Sustainability is a big priority for us. Saving water, using energy efficiently, and promoting recycling have been our goals from the very beginning:
• On our balcony, we choose plants that are well adapted to the local climate, helping to minimize water consumption.
• All our light bulbs are LED, and most of our household appliances have an A rating or higher for energy efficiency. We have also chosen an energy supplier that uses 100% renewable energy sources.
• We encourage our guests to separate their waste and use the recycling containers. By doing so, we reduce our carbon footprint and contribute to a better planet for all of us.

My office is in Cascais, only I am easily available to help, give suggestions, or provide any information you may need.

For stays of more than 7 days, we offer a weekly cleaning service, including fresh towels and bed linen.
