Independent cottage, on our land, 2 rooms, 40 m², garden area.

In a charming village in Briard, in Seine et Marne and in a rural setting, come and enjoy our 40m² cottage, comfortable and bright, located at the bottom of our garden, in a quiet area.

We can accommodate up to four people (a double bed and a sofa bed).

Your stay will allow you to recharge your batteries, in the peace and quiet of our accommodation.PGJyPg

The cottage consists of a main room including a kitchen area with all the necessary cooking equipment (hob, oven, microwave and all the crockery in quantity. A living / dining room, and a bedroom with double bed with plenty of storage, with en-suite bathroom. A sofa bed in the living room will accommodate 1 or 2 additional people.
Each room has an electric blind and/or blackout curtain.


As for equipment, you will find WiFi, TV (Not all national channels, Netflix/Disney+/etc. available as long as you use your account), bed, high chair and baby bath.

Outside, enjoy your meals and relax in the sun thanks to a private terrace equipped with a table, chairs and deck chairs.
We do our best so that you can enjoy your privacy and even if we live on the grounds, we know how to be discreet but available if needed.

Parking will be in our courtyard, secured by a gate, and access to the cottage will be through a garden with trees. You will have to go through a small climb to reach the cottage but nothing insurmountable.

Close to all amenities, (5 minutes by car), bakeries, pharmacy, Intermarché, etc. 5 minutes by car. You can make these trips on foot, during a walk that will last 30 minutes (one way). Paris (1 hour by train), Disney 25 minutes, Parc des Félins 15 minutes, parrot world...
