BEACH ACCESS: • We provide 5 guest beach passes at no additional cost. • Additional beach passes are available for purchase at $5 per pass per day or $25 per pass per week. If I am not available, our House Manual provides two additional contacts for you. Host and Guest communication is essential to me; however, I will follow my guest’s lead on how much communication is needed, as this is your vacation to enjoy as you please. My maintenance team and cleaners are fantastic and are available in person as required, at my request. CHECK-IN & CHECK-OUT: • Early check-in and late check-out may be available upon request, subject to availability and an additional fee. • The home has two levels connected by a spiral staircase. If you do not want to use the spiral staircase, you can access the lower level through the slider doors in the outback. • Check-out is promptly at 10am. HOUSE RULES & IMPORTANT INFORMATION: • The primary guest making the reservation must be at least 23 years of age and must remain at the cabin for the duration of the stay. Other guests are not required to be 23 years of age. We reserve the right to request a government-issued ID to verify the age of the primary guest. • No worries about bed sheets/linens, as they are provided! Beds are also comfortably furnished with mattress protectors, pillows with protectors, comforters, extra blankets, and quilts. • 11 Towels (1 per guest), 2 kitchen towels, and 2 hand towels (1 per bathroom) are provided. • Beach towels and hot tub towels/bathrobes are NOT provided.
