Dynamic, very friendly, and helpful staff! Great location. Amazing view from the rooftop to the pyramids. Simple Egyptian breakfast. There is a park right in front of the hotel.

All staff were friendly and welcoming. Walah and magbah were exceptional. The place was OK for the money and it was clean as well. The service was very good. But Yousif was so dishonest. I don't like dishonesty. He knew about it and approached me later on to write a good review.

Dishonesty from Yousif. So on 5/6/26, I was asked to pay for the meal I ordered. I gave Yousif 1300 egyptian pounds and he lied that I only gave him 1200. This was not an issue and I gave him extra 100egp. There was a lot of dishonesty going on which I do not want to go into details. He was very dishonest. Later on he approached me and said he found 50 egp on desk after he claimed I only gave him 1200egp. I asked him to keep the money. So where did that 50egp suddenly come ? Bear in mind that he scammed 100egp from me. . That's not a big deal as the tip I left was more than what he scammed from me. All I needed was honesty. Also, the evening meals were always served cold. How weird! Unless it's an Egyptian thing where all meals are served cold. I will highly recommend they improve on this.
